Leadership Lafayette is a nonprofit organization funded primarily by tuition, scholarship contributions, and corporate and individual gifts.

Executive Director of Leadership Lafayette is Christena C. Smith. An 18-member Board of Directors administers the organization.

We are located at 3832 Ross Road in the Workforce and Economic Development building south of the Ivy Tech campus.
