Who is the faculty?The principal consultant for EHSteele Consulting, Eileen Steele holds degrees from Purdue University and the University of Wisconsin. An experienced educator, she taught and led programs for the Lafayette School Corporation from 1971 through 1994. Since 1985, Eileen has operated as a private educational consultant focused on supporting technology integration, and leadership and training development nationally for schools, business and industry.
When does the class meet?This six-seminar program is conducted over a two-month period with three sets of two consecutive, all-day sessions devoted to in-class participation. Each class day is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Online discussions as well as homework and a work-related project are implemented during the months between the two-day sessions. Where does the class meet?Classes are held on the campus of Ivy Tech Community College, Lafayette.
What is the class size?A minimum of 10 students is required to offer the course. Class size is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
What is expected of the employer and the participant?Participant Commitment
How much does the program cost?Tuition is $2,000 per participant. This fee includes class session meals and refreshments, all materials, class instruction, faculty consultation opportunities and access to the faculty library throughout the program, unlimited access to the academy participant Web site, graduation recognition and inclusion in all Leadership Lafayette continuing education activities and communications.
