Support Leadership Lafayette, Support Your Organization and Give Back to the Community

Leadership Lafayette is an independent nonprofit organization funded by tuition, corporations, foundations, and individual gifts. Contributions help keep tuition at less than half the cost of program delivery, ensuring participants represent the diverse fabric of our community. Leadership Lafayette provides scholarship opportunities for representatives from nonprofit organizations, small business, and individuals self-sponsoring tuition who might not otherwise be able to participate.

"The professional development and civic engagement experiences I gained from participating in Leadership Lafayette have been invaluable for connecting me and Wabash National in our community. As a corporation we recognize the value of additional leadership development for our high potential professionals and the unique opportunity for integrating these talented performers into our community. As local business leaders, we have a responsibility to make development programs like Leadership Lafayette a priority in our organizations. Please join me in supporting Leadership Lafayette and their efforts to improve our shared quality of life."

Dustin Smith, Class 45
Senior Vice President & Group President of Commercial Trailer Products, Wabash National

What An Organization Gains

An organization can support participants by granting them release time from work for participation in the program and/or sponsor their tuition. Leadership Lafayette will prepare employees who are better equipped to lead positive change within their businesses, our community, and their own personal lives.  As an employer, you will experience an employee with potential for increased productivity, effectiveness, and growth.

"I'm not sure I ever would have had the confidence and courage to run for public office had I not had the experience. Not only did Leadership Lafayette open my eyes to the community as a whole, but the program made me aware of the issues and challenges facing our community."

Tom Murtaugh, Class 20
Tippecanoe County Commissioner
